On the day that Augusto Santos Silva celebrated his 64th birthday, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson gave him a gift: the mandatory quarantine of Britons returning to the UK from Portugal ended

The explanations for the UK to remove Portugal from its black list of travel destinations were given by British Transport Minister Grant Shapps (who recently had to be quarantined for two weeks after a holiday in Spain).
